Hotel Rumi Punku Cuzco, Cuzco

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were interesting and inviting, offering an impressive range of food each morning. However, it could get a little noisy at times and felt somewhat crammed. Despite that, the room was ready when I arrived.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to the main plaza in a safe and peaceful area. The rooms were basic but cozy, providing a warm and comfortable stay, especially on chilly nights. The service was top-notch, with incredibly helpful staff willing to assist with any questions and even store bags for trips to Machu Picchu. Dining was a delightful experience with tasty local fruits and plentiful options. The facilities were well-maintained and exceeded my expectations. The only downside was the wait for a table at times due to limited seating.

Coming straight from a 12-day cruise, the room felt TINY but equally clean and comfortable. The service was wonderful, especially with the extra care for my girlfriend's altitude sickness. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Plaza Del Armas. The dining experience was my favorite part, offering a full spread of delicious options. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

Coming back from the Inca Trail, the hotel's rooms were arranged around attractive colonial courtyards, clean, and spacious. However, the shower stall was a bit small. The staff was really helpful and friendly, with taxis ready for us each time. The location was awesome, just a few blocks from the plaza, making it very convenient for exploring Cusco. The dining experience was nice, consisting of yogurts, breads, fruits, and eggs cooked to order.
